I didn’t realize how hard it would be to choose favorites, there were so many great projects!! But,¬†without further ado, here are the projects that really¬†caught my eye this week.

First up, are these thrifted salt and pepper shakers from How Lovely It Is. Two of my favorite things in the world, thrift store treasures and spray paint :-). I think these are so awesome and I have not stopped looking for my own at thrift stores since.

Top Five Succulent Wreath Inspirations

I am in love with succulents right now. They are easy to grow, they don’t need a lot of water, and they like full sun. What else could a girl ask for? I also recently learned what hens and chicks were :-).

They are also versatile and a great way to add art to your garden. My friend brought me a magazine the other day that had hanging frames of succulents, sort of like these:

Instantly I knew I had to make one. It’s on the list!!

I have also been inspired by succulent wreaths. They are just beautiful, and I think it could be a great DIY project. Here are my top picks:

I love this wreath from Pretty Prudent. Isn’t it just beautiful??

I love the darker colors in this wreath from Foam Magazine

I love the pretty purple in this wreath from Real Simple.

The statement of this piece is strong. By using all one succulent like Flora Grubb, you get a modern wreath that looks luxurious. This would be a perfect Christmas wreath!!

I love the rustic, country look of this wreath Room for Dessert accomplished by using light colored plants.

Have you done any succulent projects in your garden? My latest project was this hanging shelf. I used teapots that I have collected at thrift stores as my planters to display the succulents.

Too many projects, too little time :-)
